This study has the purpose to find out the effect of Classroom-based Positive Behavior Support on both class-attending behaviors and maladjustment behaviors of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in special school. The subjects of the study were six 4th graders with autism spectrum disorder. Classroom-based Positive Behavior Support was provided to the whole classroom for about 2 months with general support given to all 6 subjects, but individualized support was added to 2 subjects who needed intensive care due to severity. The results turned out to be as follows: First, it resulted that there were significant difference between pre- and post-test results in class-attending behaviors of all students in concern. Second, class-attending behaviors increased and maladjustment behaviors decreased in two students who received intensive individualized support. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Classroom-based Positive Behavior Support has effect on both class-attending behaviors and maladjustment behaviors of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in special school.
